My goal is to figure out the tips and tricks of professional football players and also give you a glimpse into parts of their personal and professional lives that have made them a success. In this episode, I talk to Khari Jones (@Khari17Jones) a retired quarterback that played for the BC Lions, Calgary Stampeders, Edmonton Eskimos, Hamilton Tiger Cats and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Khari was the most successful in 2001 when he won the most outstanding player and came just shy to winning the Grey Cup against Calgary. He retired and became a coach for the Hamilton Tiger Cats, Saskatchewan Roughriders where he won a Grey Cup in 2013, and now he coaches for the BC Lions. Khari and I got into lots of conversations that you have not heard before… in this interview we talk about his family, his acting career, what football players he liked as a kid and even more. Without further ado, I hope you enjoy.

This interview is brought to you by the Children’s Wish Foundation, a charity that I have supported through my door to door recycling business. This charity is important to me because is grants terminally ill children their wishes. I am living my dream to play football and talking to my heroes through this podcast. All kids have a dream but not all kids have had their dream come true. That’s why its important to give less fortunate kids their chance.
Don’t just donate money. Donate a dream.
This interview is also brought to you by december2nd, the design firm behind the Winston one on one brand and website. Right from the very the first meeting, they took me seriously and designed a brand and website better than I could have ever expected.
